yeah! a song... should i send it? against the copyrights?

it's the (almost) exactly copy of Metallica's ''master of puppets''.
it's just made with programs, and has no lyrics (replaced with organ-thingy).
programs are:
Logic pro 8 (sequencer)
Guitar rig 3 + Logic's acoustic guitars (for electric guitars)
Logic's drums + battery 3 (drums)
Pro-53 (for bass)
so should i send it? it's like EXACTLY thing of it (hella lot's of work with it...)
i need the answer, i really like to share it with you people!
